I agree with the last comment. As it stands now, your horizon is directly in the center of the image, which doesn't make for a good composition. Much of what you have in the upper portion of the sky is unnecessary, so you could make this a square crop and do wonders for the composition. That aside, this is a wonderful image
I tried a square crop before posting this but preferred the one above. Providing ample space for the many layers in this shot overrode the concern about the horizon. The sky adds interest, in my opinion.
You are indeed correct about the image on my page. I went to a workshop a few nights ago and this very image got ripped to shreds due to the horizon falling in the center of the image But in respect to your image, it's certainly a fantastic capture and ultimately, what you think of it is what matters most
